    A & C Property Management replace our roof for us. Chandler was thorough in his questions and answers up front. His team arrived on time and complete the job in one day. That even includes cleanup! We are thrilled with our new roof and the workmanship done installing it. We will be calling on A & C for any work we have in the future.     Chandler and his team have maintained the gutters on my house twice now and also did a repair to one of the gutters. I will continue to use them in the future as well.     I highly recommend Chandler and his team for your roof and gutter needs. He explains the entire process to you and worked directly with my insurance company to ensure I was approved for a new roof in 2023.     Awesome experience with Chandler and his team. They helped us assess our existing roof for storm damage prior to adding new solar panels. We were able to get approved for a new roof and the team worked swiftly and diligently to make it happen. Chandler was communicative, precise and timely!     I asked Chandler to inspect our roof where we have a leak. He responded immediately and came out promptly. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed analysis of our problem and a very fair estimate to repair. I could not say enough about his service,expertise and fair price.     They just cleaned out my gutters and did an excellent job. Chandler and crew were courteous, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and did a great job cleaning everything up and making sure I was happy with the work.     Chandler's company has done a couple projects for me. The first project, we had some minor issues and Chandler went above and beyond to fix them. His level of professionalism and integrity is hard to find these days! Most recently I had a specific request for how my gutters were cleaned as I didn't want to use strong chemicals. Chandlers guys were very accommodating. They worked very hard & my gutters and soffits look amazing! See more See less
